[ULUBUDA] Tomorrow's meditation reminder, End of year retreat

Below is reminder about the meditation session tomorrow. Also, I would like to let you know more about our end of year retreat on the 22nd and 23rd of March. After contemplating the costs of different monestaries we have decided to go to: 
Aruna Ratanagiri Buddhist Monastery- http://www.ratanagiri.org.uk/If you are interested in spending two nights in a Buddhist monestary near Newcastle and experiencing the life and the routine of a monestary then please let me know ASAP as to whether you are available on these dates. I adivise anyone contemplating coming to read the rules and regulations of stay at the monestary at their website and to make sure that they are free on the 22nd, 23rd as once booked it is hard to rebook. ULUBUDA will subsidise some of the costs of stay however, it depends on how many people decide to come along. Also, there are limited places at the monestary and so places on the trip will be booked on a first come first serve basis. The projected costs of of the whole trip including transport and accommodation is around £60. However, once we know how many people are coming we can think about how much we are able to subsidise. 

Another monestary that we wished to go to but found the total trip too expensive was Kagyu Samye Ling near Lockerbie in Scotland. I recommend this monestary for anybody looking for a personal retreat of some kind.

Monday 11th February- Meditation with Ajahn Sangthong.


Another chance to unwind and relax in a busy time of
year for all of us. Ajahn Sangthong is back from Thailand and therefore
able to take us again starting from this Monday.  
There is also the opportunity, for those who wish, to pay homage to the triple gem and receive the 5 precepts from Ajahn.

Time: 6.30PM+ (Whenever your classes finishes)
