Dear all,
 
Hope you are all well and have had a brilliant summer! For most some of us university terms have already started, and for the rest it is about to and hard work will inevitably follow! This may sound  unpleasant to some (myself included:) ) but, ULBUDA have got some great events lined up for you this year, ranging from more meditation session for those who are seeking relaxation, to more compassionate teachings of the  Dharma and to even more social gatherings- creating opportunities to form greater friendships and to practice that smile of ours! So do look out for us at this year's Freshers fair. We will have stalls set up at SOAS (29th Sept), LSE (4-5th Oct) and ULU (5th Oct) respectively. There will also be a vast selection of free Dharma books, which you are more than welcome to take. Below is just a taster of the fantastic events we have lined up this year:-
 
*8th October-Welcome Tea
*13th October-Trip to Buddhapadipa
*14th October-Relic tour at Jamyang Buddhist Centre
*15th October-Talk by Shyla Bauer from Loving Kindness Peaceful Youth (LKPY)
*22nd October-Meditation session, led by Ajahn Sangthong
*29th October-Meditation session , led by Ajahn Sangthong
 
 
  We really do hope to see you at our events and at Fresher's Fair.  We take great delight in seeing you all again!
