Dear all,
 
I hope you're all enjoying the spring sunshine;)  ULUBUDA is proud announce that we will be holding a trip to Amaravarti Buddhist Monastery this Saturday (17th March) at Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity not only for those interested in Buddhism , but its also a chance for those to see first hand what a Buddhist sangha (community of monks and nuns) is like, as they form one of the three jewels in Buddhism. Moreover, it is also a fab chance for those who just simply want to have a relaxing day and move away from city smoke! This trip is accompanied by several activities, including a meditation workshop and also a talk by the well renowned venerable Ajah Sumedho.
