Dear all,
 
I hope you are enjoying your weekened;) The sun is out and it feels like spring has finally decided to come! haha...For some lucky ones, term is just about to end, for others-do not worry because to *spice up* the last couple of days for all, there will be:
 
 Traditional tibetan music, FREE:  taster sessions of Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Acupunture, Shiatsu, Korean hand message, Reflexology and much much more!  This is in celebration of the Grand opening of a new Tibetan Buddhist centre of the Kagyu tradition (one of the four main schools of Tibtean buddhism) on Sat 17th and Sunday 18th March 2-7pm.
 
Everyone is welcome to come!! This is a fab event for not only those who just want to relax and have fun until term ends! But it is a also fantastic opportunity to discover more about tibetan buddhism;)
