[ULUBUDA] Meditation on Monday 19th February

    Dear all,I hope you are well and that if you have had a holiday this week then I hope you have enjoyed it! We will be having another meditation session this Monday 19that ULU. So if like me, you have a lot of work to do and everything is getting a bit much then why not come down and experience some peace in this hectic city! As always the meditation will be lead by Ajahn Sangthong, a Thai monk and meditation master who has great experienceand expertise reguarding meditation and the Buddha's teachings.
