[ULUBUDA] correction on Ajahn Khemadhammo

Dear All,

Ajahn Khemadhammo is the only Western monk to have received the 'OBE' 
(Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) in the 
Queen's Birthday Honours in June 2003 for 'services to prisoners'. 
Ajahn Khemadhammo and Ajahn Sumedho were also made Chao Khun with the 
ecclesiastical title of Phra Bhavanavitayt given by the King of 
Thailand.
