Just a reminder about tomorrow's meditation at ULU with Ajahn Sangthong. This will be the FINAL event we will have this year; so please do take this opportunity to come:)
 
There will be the usual format of walking meditation, sitting meditation, dharma talk and questions. 
 There is also the opportunity, for those who wish, to pay homage to the triple gem and receive the 5 precepts from Ajahn:-
