Sorry for all the emails, we don't mean to flood your inbox this week! We are very close to our applications deadline for ULU and therefore Aaron (our treasurer) has some info below for you all.
 
Any questions concerning application forms are welcome!

Dear all, How are you? Hope you are all well and happy. I am writing this email to inform all of you that the deadline formembership form submission will be this Thursday, 16th November. ULUBUDA has a lot in store for you. Therefore, in order for you tocontinue reaping the benefits as a member, please help us by fillingup the membership forms. 1. Those who HAVE FILLED UP membership forms   A) ULU CARDS (FREE)       Some of you have not applied for a ULU card yet. Please applyfor one ASAP.        ULU CARD APPLICATION:       You will need a) Passport-sized photograph                           b) Your Student ID card                           c) To go to ULU reception         Note: QUEEN MARY students DO NOT need a ULU card. You can email me                your Student Id number.    B) ADDRESSES and NEXT OF KIN info       I still need your address and next of kin information. Please provide        Addresses: Term time and vacation        Next of kin       a) Name of kin       b) Relationship (relative/guardian ONLY. NOT friends/flatmate)       c) Telephone (Day)       d) Telephone (Night)        Please email your details including ULU CARD NUMBER to       antweight at gmail.com by Wednesday. 2. Those who HAVE NOT filled up your forms    Shame on you! (just joking). I'd be really grateful if you could     a) Come by for the talk this Wednesday on the "Power of Compassion in        Tibetan Buddhism" by Mr. Donald Brown    b) Apply for FREE ULU Card at the ULU Building reception on the Ground Floor        (Requirements: Passport-sized photo, Student ID)    c) Fill-up membership forms.
