[ULUBUDA] Meditation tonight!

Hey all,
Just a quick reminder about the meditation this evening. This is a time when we can focus on our individual practice but experience the atmosphere of a supportive Sangha. The meditation time period will be between 6:30-9:00. This is open to anyone who wishes to do 2 1/2 hours or 10 minutes! Just come along when you are free and enjoy the unique feeling of practicing together. There will be meditation texts available and I have attached a great introduction to mindfulness of breathing to this email by Buddhadasa Bhikkhu.
A copy of this introduction will also be available in the meditation room.
The room willl be seperated in to two halves, for walking and sitting meditation. Please use this time however you wish. Be creative in your routine (i.e. 10 minutes walking, 20 minutes sitting) so that it suits you. I hope we can create an island of mindfulness in this hectic city!

Venue: Room 2B, ULU, Malet Street, WC1E 7HY
Time: 6:30-9:00
Bring a cushion if you want to be more comfortable!
There will be no teacher or talk, just straight meditation.
